Barāke is an Australian-owned business. All prices listed on our website are in AUD. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change any part of these terms without prior notice.

We take great care to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and natural variations in materials.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You are authorised to use the payment method

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. due to suspected fraud or product unavailability)

4. Shipping

We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Shipping time estimates are:

  • Australia: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

  • Pre-Order: 1-1.5 Months to receive and ship out product.

Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched. Delays may occur during peak times or due to customs processes.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and usage concerns, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide a clear photo and description

  • We will offer a replacement or refund based on the issue

6. Warranty

Our products are made to last. If there is a manufacturing fault within 30 days of purchase, we’ll replace or repair the item free of charge.
